Pets are NOT PERMITTED in unit under any conditions.
FALSEFIED RESERVATIONS
Positive Drivers License ID is required!
Check, Money Order, Credit Card and ID Must Match
  Any reservation obtained under ANY false pretense
will cause forfeiture of any advance payment,
 deposit, and/or rental money,
The rental party will not be permitted to check-in under any circumstances.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE
An initial set up of linens and towels are included in the unit;
We supply beach towels, no regular towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
There are 3 coin laundry units on property for your use.
We do not supply any personal hygiene products, or garbage bags.
All refuse must be bagged before throwing in outside containers, we will supply a PARKING PASS which MUST be hung from your vehicles inside mirror, without it you take the risk of being towed and that is cost paid by you & non-refundable.
THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A FIVE (5) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Please enjoy your vacation and leave the property neat, clean, and without damage.
 We require a signed contract which we will send upon booking
